About me and my practice

I have always been interested in how people tick; why do people lie, cheat, defend, get angry, avoid, and so on. These questions were of myself and my peers also. I was always the observer; the more I saw, the more I questioned others actions.
As I grew older, I found I could easily hold and deepen conversations with people and strangers at bus stops, work, or events, and they would quickly share their issues with me. I have always been curious as to why they chose me to talk to, and in turn, I learnt how varied and unique every person is. Through each experience I listened to, I realised how dynamic and complex our lives can be and how these experiences get in the way of being our true selves.

As the observer, the spiritual/energy concept interest came to fruition. The creative force of using energy in different ways, example: psychic work, mediumship, trance/shamanic and quantum healing. These gave way to my innate abilities to assist myself and others in well-being.

Experience

Six years (to 2024) in Private Practice helps with issues such as: PTSD, Trauma, Intergenerational Trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, bereavement, weight issues, identity, Parenting, addictions.

Initial Consultation

Initial first session available at the reduced rate of £30.
All sessions are 50 minutes in length.

Fees

Session fees are £55 per session.
Block booking rate of 6 sessions for the charge of 5.
Concession rate is available.

When I Work

Monday to Thursday: Counselling sessions 10am to 7pm
Friday to Sunday: Quantum Healing Hypnosis Sessions
